Information We Collect

We collect information about you when you provide it to us directly. Because public comments and media uploads are disabled on this site, the primary way we collect data is through our Contact Form.

Contact Forms

When you submit a message through the contact form on our website, we collect the data you provide (such as your name, email address, phone number, and any message content). We use this information strictly to respond to your inquiry, answer your questions, or schedule a consultation.

We keep contact form submissions for customer service purposes, but we do not use the information submitted through them for marketing purposes, nor do we sell or share this data with third parties.

Security Notice: Please be aware that standard email and web forms are not fully secure methods of communication. We ask that you do not submit sensitive health information, detailed trauma histories, or Protected Health Information (PHI) through the website contact form.

Embedded content from other websites

Articles and pages on this site may include embedded content (e.g., videos, images, articles, scheduling widgets, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website.

These third-party websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website.

Who we share your data with
